Calcinet®

Description

Professional descaler

Limescale is an issue for equipment such as dishwashers, boilers, and heat exchangers. The buildup that forms on the parts in contact with water has a high insulating power and is a fertile ground for bacterial proliferation. Calcinet® eliminates limescale buildup, maintains mechanical parts efficiency, and makes the interior of equipment shine.

When water is heated, calcium and magnesium precipitate, generating limescale formations that create an insulating layer, resulting in higher energy consumption to bring the water to the right temperature.
To eliminate limescale buildup, there is Calcinet®, the specific descaler for dishwashers, boilers, and heat exchangers. It is easy to use, fast, economical, and does not damage rubber seals. Regular use eliminates limescale buildup, maintains mechanical parts efficiency, and makes the interior of equipment shine, especially preventing total blockage.
Calcinet® complies with HACCP regulations.

Cleaning tips

The limestone deposits from water appear in the form of very hard encrustations. In the heat exchangers of capsule and pod machines and in boilers, they deposit on the walls and on the heating elements, creating an insulating layer that prolongs the water heating times, with the risk of dispensing under-extracted beverages. In cupwashers, it deposits inside the tank (where it forms an unsightly and porous patina that collects food residues and allows bacterial proliferation) and on the heat exchangers, causing prolonged water heating times and inadequate washing quality.

Step by step

Cupwasher descaling
Descaling

  1. pour 1/2 kg of Calcinet® powder every 5 liters of hot water
  2. start 1 or 2 washing cycles (with no detergents)

Rinsing

  1. empty the cupwasher and rinse the basing
  2. start 1 or 2 washing cycles with hot water and discharge it

Boilers and heat exchangers descaling
Descaling

  1. pour 1 kg of Calcinet® powder in 10 lt of water
  2. let it act for 1 hour

Rinsing

  1. discharge the solution
  2. rinse with abundant running water
